This blog is about sharing my enthusiasm for all things wildlife,
history, archaeology (especially the industrial and living sorts) and how people have been involved in changing landscapes. It will include observations, sightings, information and ideas; tell people about some of the groups I’m involved with and the events that we organise. My local patch is South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire but I’m not limited to that area. I’m interested in wooded landscapes and wetlands across GB, Europe and beyond so may post on all sorts of stuff.
